About the Author
Mark Getlein arrived in New York to pursue advanced music studies at the Juilliard School, but he quickly became equally fascinated by the city's vibrant downtown art scene and magnificent museum collections. For a decade or so he led an interesting but precarious life as a pianist and painter. Loved my art class and this textbook. It is very detailed and contains a lot of information I found useful for my course. It has a lot of pictures and every lesson contains extra information about a certain artist.
The book on its own is fine but the seller eCampus_ claimed that the condition was very good. I would call this book fair condition at best.
This school textbook was actually decent. The pictures were vivid and printed with quality.
Has a nice smooth flow when reading. ​
